īut since we can now blueprint trains and wagons, I decided to be even more lazy and made a blueprint withĪll the more common items you might use trains for. Now hover your mouse over the wagon you want to copy (it will get marked in yellow) and while still holding. If you hold, the entity currently “in the clipboard” will be marked green. So, just hover over the filtered wagon, + to copy the wagons settings. Item once and then you can just copy them as needed. One! Which means you only have to set the filters on a wagon for each type of One entire wagon set up, you can just copy the entire wagon’s filters onto another So instead of mouse-wheel clicking over and over, you can set one filterĪnd then use to copy it to all the other inventory slots. This applies both to a single filtered inventory Recipe of an assembler and paste ( + ) it onto another one, Luckily, Factorio has several copy and paste-features! I’m currently not using as many red circuits as this assembly could be producing. Whenever one runs out, a train will go grab more, doesn’t matter what gets used how quickly. I didn’t actually calculate the ratios of deliveries, I just went with four lines each. My assembly lines are fully moduled and beaconed. With lots of balancers on the way, of course. Trains deliver all the required ingredients (copper, iron and plastic) and fill another train with all the red circuits.
